Everything You Need to Know About Appointment Fields
Did you know you can customize the information collected and displayed for every appointment in Opendock?
Appointment Fields are a powerful but often underused feature that give your team full control over what data is gathered, shared, and required - helping improve operational clarity and ensure nothing gets missed.
Whether you're using basic fields like BOL uploads or custom values like temperature requirements, Appointment Fields help you capture the details that matter most to your warehouse and scheduling teams.
Custom Appointment Fields allow you to:
- Collect critical documents like BOLs and internal forms
- Add required data points (e.g. temperature, reference numbers)
- Control which fields are visible to carrier vs warehouse staff
Don't miss this chance to learn how one of the simplest features in Opendock can have a big impact on your day-to-day operations.
