Maximizing Efficiency: How to Streamline Appointment Creation by Favoriting Carriers and Using Custom Notifications
Managing relationships with multiple carriers can be complex, especially when appointments are happening across several facilities. One way to simply this is by creating a list of favorite carriers for each location. This allows your team to quickly access a pre-approved, preferred group of carriers, cutting down on time spent searching through long lists or managing unverified partners.
By favoriting carriers per facility, your team benefits from:
- Quick access to trusted carriers
- Consistency across facilities
In addition to carrier management, custom notifications are a game changer for staying on top of appointments and key updates. When managing multiple schedules, it's easy for important information to slip through the cracks. Custom notifications help ensure your team is always in the loop and ready to act.
With tailored notifications, your team can:
- Define the level of detail for each notification type to ensure relevant and concise communication
- Trigger and Mute notifications on the warehouse level and appointment level
- Add customized text to each notification type
Join us for an upcoming webinar to learn how to streamline appointment scheduling by favoriting carriers per facility and leveraging custom notifications for maximum efficiency!
